Concreate is us:
five designers in their third year of university who, partly by chance and partly by luck, met while
working on a few academic projects. From those collaborations, something unexpected emerged: not
just a working group, but a true collective where each person
found their own place.
Our approach?
We aim to create design that truly works, but also has something to say. We're not only interested
in solving practical problems, we want every project to tell a story, create
connections, and have a strong identity.
For us, every project is an opportunity to experiment and learn something new, combining our
different sensibilities to achieve concrete results.
It's no coincidence that our name, Concreate, brings all of this together: CON for
union, CREATE for creation, and a reference to CONCRETE, representing the practicality and grounded
nature of our way of working.
We rely heavily on collaboration and open dialogue:
we challenge ourselves, motivate one another, and discuss every detail — sometimes
quite passionately. The atmosphere is relaxed and collaborative — we like it that way — but when
needed, we know how to bring out our most professional and reliable side.
And, let's be honest, beyond being colleagues we're also friends: this bond makes
everything more authentic and natural.
Our goal?
To keep growing together and, one day, open our own studio where we can fully
express this shared vision. We are Martina Notario, Gabriele Oss Emer, Filippo Rosellini, Mariia
Smirenskaia, and Guglielmo Springer — and in the meantime, we're enjoying the
journey.
